Soak the dish in soapy water for 20 minutes.ÌýDo not use metallic sponges, pads, powders or abrasives.ÌýTo remove hard water stains, try vinegar. If this doesn't work, we suggest trying a hard water product called LemiShine which can be found at the local grocery store. Then trying soaking your glassware in LemiShine and warm water.

Nonporous ¶àÀÖ¹þÏ£ glass does not absorb liquid.

We currently do not ship orders outside of the United States. Primary shipping methods are UPS Ground and in some instances USPS. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories will be shipped via USPS Postal Service and UPS Ground. Express and/or Overnight and 2nd Day delivery services are not available at this time.ÌýWe do not ship to PO Boxes.
