Soak the dish in soapy water for 20 minutes. Do not use metallic sponges, pads, powders or abrasives. To remove hard water stains, try vinegar. If this doesn't work, we suggest trying a hard water product called LemiShine which can be found at the local grocery store. Then try soaking your glassware in LemiShine and warm water.

Nonporous ¶àÀÖ¹þÏ£ glass does not absorb liquid.

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. The following information must be included in your return:

•     Order Number:

•     Product Name(s) and Product Number(s):

•     Reason for Return: (Size, Color, Buyers Remorse, etc)

Returned items can be shipped back to us via US Mail or any private, traceable parcel carrier. Refunds or credits are limited to the value of the item and any taxes charged.  We do not credit shipping for buyer remorse. ¶àÀÖ¹þÏ£, Inc. / Creative Tops Inc. is not responsible for returned items until they are received by us. As such, customers should track their returned items for reference. 

Items being returned must be unused, in their original packaging and in sellable form.

Some products are subject to warranty coverage outside of our typical return window - If you experience any concerns with your ¶àÀÖ¹þÏ£ products, please send us an email at info@creativetopsinc.com and include the following details:

 • Order Number
 • Number of items requiring attention
 • Photos clearly showing the irregularities in the item(s)

When you place an order, we contact the issuing bank to confirm the validity of the payment method. Your bank reserves the funds until the entire transaction processes or the authorization expires, but this isn't an actual charge.

Your credit card will be charged once the item has shipped. When more than one item is purchased on your order, we will charge your card for each item or shipment total. Since the shipping time frames vary, your credit card statement may reflect individual charges for each item or shipment total.

The authorization will be removed from your account according to the policies of your bank. To remove an authorization, contact your bank to clarify how long they hold authorizations for online orders.

We currently do not ship orders outside of the United States.

Our lids are guaranteed to be BPA and phthalate free.

All our products comply with the requirements of the European EEC Directives concerning food. Our products do not contain lead or cadmium.

Almost all ¶àÀÖ¹þÏ£ products are manufactured on our unique industrial site in La Chapelle-Saint-Mesmin (45).
